3 May 2015

3 May 2015  is Wesak day. Wesak day is one of the most important festivals in Buddhist calendar. It commemorates three significant events in Gautama Buddha’s life – namely his birthday, his enlightenment and his passing away. Mr. Ang and I practice vegetarian diet on this auspicious day. During late afternoon, we stop by Min Corner to enjoy some oriental snacks.

9 August 2015

Mr. Ang and LerLer stop by a cafe around Jalan Skudai. It is direct opposite of Majilis Bandaraya Johor Bahru Tengah (MBJBT) office tower. Time for LerLer to tell the readers some old Johor story.

The interior design of the cafe
Jalan Skudai is a very old street. Most of the buildings on this street are pre-war period. If you like to experience Malaysia in early 1960-an, you may find the ambiance of this cafe suit you.

Amble of car parks behind the cafe
Do not worry about the car park lots. The cafe do provide a car park behind of the cafe.

For Johor Bahru folks, we are well aware of all the buzzing streets.
