We walked into UFB cafe to avoid the hot and humid weather. This time, we were not the earliest couple to arrive at the cafe. There were many diners around the cafe.  Union Fashion Bar (UFB) is a 3 in one concept cafe.

Creative art work made out of kitchen utensils is displayed on the cafe wall. Mr. Yap mentioned that there will change the art work very 6 months.

There are many fashion blog or fashion magazines to guide us on our daily clothes. While, is there a fashion for dining world? Mr. Yap, the proud chef of UFB is very happy to introduce the food fashion into Johor Bahru market. Thus, we get the chance to try out the coming lunch set “trend” this time.

All lunch set come with salad, Japanese chilled tofu, rice and dessert .All Set Meal Free A Black Coffee, Tea Or Soft Drink. Lunch Promotion Monday to Sunday 12:00 -6:00pm 所有套餐都附上开胃菜，冷豆腐，米饭和甜品。午饭优惠送一杯黑咖啡，红茶或汽水。

(1) Chicken Teriyaki Set 日式红烧鸡腿套餐 RM16.90 nice, sweet and thick teriyaki sauce blend well with the tender and juicy chicken meat.

(2) Minced Beef Katsu Set 香脆澳洲牛肉饼套餐Rm19.90 Minced beef is wrapped with bread crumb and fried to golden brown(Katsu). A salty ad mild sweet sauce was spread on the katsu to add in some flavour.

We tried many food in one day. It  was quite impossible for me to share out all the good dishes in one post. Stay Tune for the coming great cold pressed juice and dessert from UFB cafe.
