Moon Light Cake House was the unique homegrown confectionary and dining brand from Johor. The cake house was near my previous company. We used to stopped by the cake house to buy some bread. During member day,  we like to stop by for lunch.

We were invited to check out the newly renovated Moon Light Cake House in Taman Pelangi. The executive sous chef, Simon recommended some signature dishes for us to taste.

Norwegian salmon and salted egg rocket. My favourite dish. The salmon is seared till golden brown . The salted egg give the extra saltiness and flavor to the fish.
