After our wedding ceremony, we went to Melbourne, Australia for our honeymoon trip. Here are our top 6 reasons to visit Melbourne for Honeymoon.

#1 Melbourne is one of the most livable city

Twelve Apostles

We joined GreyLine tour group to visit different locations in Australia. The tour guides have repeatedly mentioned that Melbourne is one of the best city of stay in. It is indeed live up to its name. Various food stores are around each  street corners. Tree lined streets that maintained the town’s fresh air. Well-planned city and residential area with convenience public transport service.

#2 Parks around the city

There are many parks or gardens around Melbourne. We lost count of it. I enjoy resting and eating at the parks. While, Mr. Ang enjoy catching Pokemon in the parks. That is why we walked for 21km from city to Melbourne Royal Botanic Garden. The good thing is Mr Ang managed to capture 100++ pokemons. (PS: that is my husband.)

#3 Good Weather

November is the start of summer in Australia. However, the temperature in Melbourne differ in the day time and night time. Day time, the weather can be 23-degree celsius. We can just walk with light jacket on the street. However, during night time, the temperature and decrease to 9 degree celsius.

This reason may sound a bit unreasonable. Do you know that Malaysians need to prepare 20- 50 cents to use public toilet in Malaysia? When travelling in Bali, we need to prepare 2000 rupiah to use public restroom. Thus, it is a great experience to use free and clean public restrooms in foreign countries.
