Serene Retreat @ The Banjaran Hotspring Retreat, Tambun
Pearly Chan has experienced The Banjaran Hot Spring retreat twice. Thus, we decided to enjoy a short retreat to celebrate our first wedding anniversary.
When we arrived at the hotel parking lot, a butler, Ken offered to carry our luggage from the car. There was a big Malay gong at the entrance. Ken requested us to hit the gong as an announcement of arrival. In the meantime, 2 musicians were playing welcome music on gamelan. I was moved by the warm gesture.

While waiting for the check-in procedure, we were served with lemongrass drink, dessert, and cold towels. The cold towels help to relieve our tiredness from the long journey. Since the villa was not ready yet, we were very happy to join the jungle trekking trip to Tambun Lost World Theme Park

A good bed set for couple.

The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat truly live up to its brand name. It was awarded Travellers’ Choice Award Winner by Tripadvisor for the 6th consecutive year. Mr Ang and I will plan our next trip to this luxury hotel in coming years.
