Kamii Sushi restaurant is closed during MCO period for renovation. I even have a bad feeling that the restaurant may not survive through the pandemic crisis. It too me a surprise as it open its door around July or August 2020. Kamii Sushi is no longer just a ordinary Japanese Restaurant. It has re-branded to high class Japanese Restaurant. Most of the dishes are removed. For example: Chicken teriyaki cheese set. This dish used to be our favorite. This time, we celebrate my birthday with the middle price range RM380 Yama Omakase set.
15 August 2020, Saturday
Omakase set is divided to more raw fish (sushi) set or cooked/ stewed set. This time, we chooses the cooked / stewed set.
We ordered a set of Omakase for testing purpose. As we are still a bit hungry, we decided to ordered the ramen. The ramen come with the biggest piece of “chasiew” I ever see. The truffle smell very fragrant. We drank the soup till the last drop.
Total Bill: RM 538.00
Overall, we enjoyed the meal. The newly renovated environment is very cool due to some special interior design. The waiters are kind to provide wool shawl for us. Mr. Ang also need a shawl as it is truly cold.
