The restaurant only provide daily fresh bread and bun. Unsold bun and bread will be donated to orphanage and other charity home.
Chef specialties durian cream puff only available through order. As durian paste is seasonal, the durian cream puff will only be around durian season. The cream puff is very different from other bakery shop. The puff crust is crispy. Every mouthful is full of durian.
Mr. David Kwee was graduated from Taiwan bakery course. He has many years of working experience in Singapore hotels. A few years ago, he decided to come back Johor Bahru and own a business. Currently, he is collaborating with Mr. Jefferey Bong on providing home made bun and cakes.
